At CBOQ, our goal is to develop a culture of spiritual formation for pastors, church leaders, and the local church.  The Apostle Paul desired that Christ would be formed in the Galatian church. He longed that they would become more like Christ (Gal. 4:19).
Spiritual formation is the process of being transformed by the Holy Spirit to become like Christ.  We experience Christ through community and spiritual practices. The goal of spiritual formation is to become more aware of the presence of God in our daily lives.
