Overview of Church and Community
The congregation of Logos Baptist Church (Jireh) makes its home in Danforth and Woodbine of the East York area. Our congregation consists of primarily Chinese (Cantonese speaking) adults and seniors.

Recognizing that communities change over time, we want to continue to discern God’s direction for us as individuals and as a congregation and continue to make a difference for Him by bearing the fruit of the Spirit, building up those within our church body, and sharing His love with those who do not yet know Him.
Our core values: Praying, studying God’s Word, building relationship and spreading the gospel. We aspire to continually enrich ourselves in love and forgiveness, spiritual growth, serving and outreach.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
- fluent in Cantonese with basic communication skills in English.
- 2+ years of pastoral ministry.
- Have a bachelor's degree or its equivalent from an accredited and recognized theological seminary.
Role and Responsibilities
- provide leadership in vision casting and in discerning God’s direction for the church.
- provide oversight of all ministries in the church.
