The Leading Edge workshop is designed to support pastors in their first 1-2 years in ministry, particularly those new to Canada or recently transitioned into a new church setting.The half-day online workshop runs from 9:00AM to 12:00 noon via Zoom, providing vital training and support for those navigating the early stages of pastoral ministry.

This workshop is part of an ongoing two-year cohort, with follow-up in-depth content available in the Engaged spaces throughout the year. Sessions will continue to be held in May and November, providing new pastors with continued support, resources, and a space for growth as they navigate the complexities of ministry.
