Hearing God's Call Together

A CBOQ Event exploring what it means to hear, discern, and respond to God's call to ministry.

What is ECHO?

Echo is more than a retreat. It is a sacred space to listen to God together.

Through worship, testimonies, storytelling, spiritual practices, teaching, workshops, mentoring moments, and community, Echo creates an environment where the Spirit can speak clearly.

Unlike many leadership events, Echo is not about recruiting people into ministry. It is about creating space to listen for God’s voice.

Pastor, Who Will You Bring?

God continues to call workers, but it is through local pastors and churches that those calls are recognized, affirmed, and nurtured.
Someone asking deeper questions.
Someone with leadership gifts.
Someone others already look to spiritually.
Someone considering ministry after retirement.

Who Will You Bring?

YOUR PRESENCE MATTERS.

Research tells us that discernment happens best in relationship.

When pastors journey alongside those sensing God’s call, individuals hear God’s voice more clearly through Scripture, prayer, community, and affirmation.

You are not simply attending an event. You are helping someone listen.
