Psalm 42:1-2
When can I go and meet with God? In the midst of your life right now, how is your desire for God? Are you struggling to be with God? Take a day to pause and renew yourself in God with other pastors. Many CBOQ pastors and church leaders have been refreshed by Soul Day.
The time will begin with a spiritual practice. We will have time to be with Jesus on our own and in community with other pastors. Spiritual direction will be available. Soul Groups are flexible for parents who would like to end early.
Soul Day is a day set aside for pastors and their spouses to be with God and to be in community other pastors. Throughout the year, pastors and ministry leaders are leading others spiritually. Soul day is for pastors to be guided through practices to encourage rest, renewal, friendship, and spiritual practices. Soul Day is not about getting things done but to simply be with Jesus.

At the core of Emmaus Formation Center is the ministry of spiritual direction. Spiritual direction is between the spiritual director, the directee and the Holy Spirit with the ultimate goal of seeking spiritual formation.
