Description
BSBC is seeking a visionary Christian leader to strategically engage participants (age 11-25 years), their parents and leaders in Next-Generation Ministries in ways that (1) introduce seekers to Jesus Christ and His Church and (2) leads believers to honour God and to be equipped for His service through a network of intergenerational relationships. This will include developing worship, discipleship, fellowship and service opportunities for growth in personal faith. The Next Gen Pastor will be an integral member of the ministry team, setting ministry and outreach goals for the whole congregation. Post-secondary educational training in theological/biblical studies or equivalent experience required. Those interested are encouraged to request a full position outline
