Services are both in-person and live-streamed. Our primary instrument is a Yamaha C3 grand piano. The church does not have an organ. We have a balanced, skilled and loyal choir of 12-17 members who sing an introit and anthem each service, with a rehearsal on Thursday evenings [8.00pm – 9.30pm]. Our choral library is quite extensive with traditional church anthems [e.g. Willan, Mendelssohn, Bach, Handel, Parry, Byrd], with recently composed anthems [e.g. Sirett], spirituals, Taizé, Iona. We possess a set of hand chimes [two-octave]. Our congregation uses the Presbyterian Book of Praise , and our hymns are accompanied by piano and instrumentalists [e.g.: violin, clarinet, cello]. There is a considerable library of accompaniment for the hymns already on file. We are open to shaping the position around the passion and skills of the successful candidate.
