Description
Brunswick Street Baptist Church (BSBC) is seeking a visionary Christian leader to empower the church family to strategically engage (1) with the community beyond the walls of the church and (2) with each other in loving and supportive relationships. This pastor should enjoy connecting with people in creative ways that are not bound by traditional methods, ready to embrace risk. The Community Connections Pastor will be the key leader of our contemporary worship service and congregation. Partnering with the Lead Pastor and working together with staff and lay leaders, ministry goals for the whole congregation will be defined. Seminary training and pastoral experience is required; ordination an asset. Those interested are encouraged to request a full position outline.
