Blythwood Road Baptist Church is seeking a passionate, creative individual with a heart for God and young people’s ministry to cultivate and nurture spiritual growth for the children and youth of the congregation. As we navigate these uncertain times, we are looking for an individual who is innovative, creative, engaging and tech-savvy. While a seminary background or Bachelor of Education studies would be advantageous, experience with children and youth is of the utmost importance. This is a part-time position (10 hours a week), with potential for increased hours and scope.

Blythwood Road Church serves North Toronto through its vibrant Sunday worship, ministry to children, small study and mission groups, and through its Baptist partners' ministers to those in need of care and love in the city, the province, and around the world.
Qualifications and Education Requirements
Seminary background or Bachelor of Education studies.
Experience with children and youth.
Role and Responsibilities
The Children/Youth Ministry Leader (CYML) will be responsible to the congregation of Blythwood Road Baptist Church through the Board of Deacons and will work in close co-operation with the Senior Pastor and the Board of Christian Education.
