Overview of Church and Community

About MCWBC

Established in 1997, Montreal City West Baptist Church (MCWBC) is a young multi-generational church of about 300 worshipers in Montreal (a vibrant multicultural, English and French, environment). We are evolving from a Cantonese-speaking heritage church to a second-generation multi-ethnic community, with a strong sense of discipleship and mission.

English Ministry

In 2002, MCWBC went from 1 congregation to 2 (Cantonese and English). Our English congregation currently has about 40-50 regular worshipers.  The ministry surrounds the core values of Worship, Instruction, Fellowship and Evangelism (WIFE). The congregation is experiencing growth in the students, career, and young family ministries.
