This is particularly true for ministry leaders as healthy boundaries enable us to serve well. CBOQ is offering the pastoral boundaries course to serving ministry leaders for the first time. (This is a mandatory course for all ministry leaders who have applied for accreditation since 2021.) \nYou may wonder why you take such a course. Afterall\, aren’t you a pastor with theological training? Isn’t it a given that pastors know what they are doing and can be trusted because we are an ethical lot? \nAs we will discover on our journey\, boundaries are complex and fluid.
