Our desire is to see a culture in which leaders are invited and involved in the area of coaching. What is coaching? “Coaching is an ongoing intention conversation that empowers a person or group to fully live out God’s calling.”

Go on a journey of discovery to uncover your own uniqueness and explore better ways to serve God. With the help of a life coach we unlock what is within us and find options, support and prayer as we develop the gifts we have been given. You too can be the kind of leader who is serving in a place of opportunity because your gifting is sustained by your character—good coaching will always help you lead from the reservoir of your internal abilities.

Through New Leaf Network, we’d like to offer you a range of opportunities to be trained as a coach and to receive resources that will equip you to be a better leader.

This training focuses on both the heart attitude and skills needed to come alongside others. Transformational Coaches partner with people to draw out the next steps God is leading them to take. This approach is ideal for discipleship, leadership development, teaching self-awareness, and empowerment in gifts & passions. Transformational Coaches long to see others get from where they are to where God wants them to be. Involves 7-week online training course that is both experiential & practical and concludes with a 2-day retreat.

To help you follow through on a commitment to further growth and maturity in Christ, we’ve developed a Personal Growth Plan for pastors and lay leaders. A personal growth plan is one way that we as leaders can model our desire to continue walking towards maturity and wholeness. Focusing on spiritual, intellectual, relational and ministry goals, this personal growth plan assists people in focusing their life and energy.
